About Me:
My name is Alyssa! I grew up in a small town in Northern Nevada and graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and minor's in marketing and Entrepreneurship management. I want to use my passions to help fulfill other's lifelong dreams of having a successful business and growing as they go.
Credentials:
Since May 2025, I have led High Mark Construction’s marketing and recruitment efforts, helping strengthen the company’s brand, online presence, and hiring outreach. I have represented High Mark Construction at multiple job and career fairs and helped support the hiring of more than 100 employees this year. I also designed the company’s recruitment materials, including branded merchandise, tablecloths, banners, and flyers used at events.
Advertising:
I have created sponsorship videos, refreshed High Mark Construction’s logo, and designed both print and digital advertisements, including magazine ads and online promotional materials. I manage High Mark Construction’s social media accounts and create consistent, engaging content across platforms. I launched the Employee Spotlight series, visiting job sites to interview employees, capture photos and videos, and highlight the people behind the company.
